Death takes many forms, it could be natural causes, surrounded by friends and family, an act of violence in a foreign land a terminal illness that causes someone to be 'gone to soon' there are lots of reasons someone passes away. Grief usually only takes one form it can last for some time or can last a lifetime. It is handled in different ways by different people. Crying is a human emotion that millions of those left behind will undertake and for a while it can give some relief, however this emotion can be triggered at any time by the smallest memory of the person departed..

In my lifetime, I personally have lost family and friends, and most people will experience this, because the longer a person  lives the more people they know will pass away. Usually one of the greatest losses to most people will be their parents. If you experience the loss of a child, this can be more traumatic. I have experience this...I lost my son aged 49 to a brain tumour. He was also my best friend,  I cried and  after over 7 years I still do from time to time.

BUT, I am thankful for the 49 years I had with him, some people have much less.

There is help, death is part of living it will happen to everyone. When someone dies, think of the good memories you shared with that person.

I am lucky because I don't just believe in God, I know there is a God.  I know because there have been too many instances in my life that really brought me down to rock bottom but then in a very short time I am okay again, instances where my life was saved when I should have died, just too many instances for them to be a coincidence.

Prayer works, well it works for me, I don't go to any church, I just pray to my God in private every day, I talk to God , I talk in normal every day language, I ask for guidance, I don't pray for millions of pounds. I have every thing I need, no-one has everything they want but they can have every thing they need  with help from God.

God can help with the grieving process too. Just ask for guidance and help, be sincere, mean it and I can promise you, help will come and sometimes in ways you would not expect.

Don't expect help from God to come in your time, it will happen when the time is right and when it does you will know, you will know it was God who did this for you. Be thankful.
